研究方向：

海洋细菌培养技术与资源利用；原核微生物系统分类学；比较基因组学 


研究经历简介：

   任职以来（2018.12-2023.4），累计分离获得700余株海洋细菌，发现潜在新分类单元60余个，发表新属2个、新种9个，其中包含：具有脱氮、除磷和海藻多糖降解等活性的细菌20余株；红杆菌(Rhodobacteraceae)与赤杆菌(Erythrobacteraceae)等细菌80余株；具有一碳化合物代谢潜能的Parococcus细菌10余株；含有4个CRISPR-Cas系统的稀有细菌新属1个。部分功能菌株在废水处理、水产养殖调水、促植物生长等方面具有明显的开发利用价值。率先报道Alteromonas菌属具有生物矿化功能，可能参与海洋中鸟粪石沉积过程。截至2024年1月，以第一和通讯作者在J Appl Microbiol、J Appl Phycol、BMC Genomics、BMC Bioinf、Int J Med Microbiol、Future Microbiol、Int J Syst Evol Microbiol、Antonie Van Leeuwenhoek等期刊发表SCI论文28篇，中文核心期刊论文1篇，授权发明专利1项，根据WoS统计H指数9。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等项目7项。


研究兴趣：

1.海洋细菌多样性与资源发掘；

2.藻菌共生机制及活性制剂开发；

3.海洋优势细菌类群的基因组进化与生态功能。
